Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Company" / "We" / "Us" refers to Eurotrail Journey's Private Limited (trading as ScenicEuro).
• "Client" / "You" refers to any individual or entity making a booking or enquiry.
• "Tour Package" refers to any travel service, itinerary, accommodation, transport, or ancillary service arranged by us.
• "Booking Confirmation" refers to the written confirmation issued by us upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.

2. Booking Process

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit (or full payment where applicable) and the issuance of a written Booking Confirmation by ScenicEuro. Verbal commitments or enquiries do not constitute a booking.

• All bookings must be accompanied by accurate personal details for all travellers.
• You must ensure that all travellers hold valid passports with a minimum 6-month validity beyond the travel date.
• It is the client's responsibility to obtain appropriate Schengen visas and any other entry permits required. We provide assistance but do not guarantee visa approval.

3. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (as specified in your quotation, typically 25–30% of the total package cost) is required to confirm a booking.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before the departure date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late Payment: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
• Payment Methods: Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or through our secure online payment gateway. All online payments are processed by certified payment processors.
• GST: All applicable GST will be charged as per the prevailing Indian tax regulations and reflected in your invoice.

4. Pricing

• All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are based on exchange rates and supplier costs at the time of quotation and are subject to change prior to Booking Confirmation.
• Once a Booking Confirmation is issued and deposit received, the package price is fixed, except for changes arising from government-mandated taxes, fuel surcharges, or force majeure events.
• Prices do not include: travel insurance, personal expenses, visa fees, tips, and items not specifically listed in the itinerary.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, loss of baggage, and personal liability prior to departure. ScenicEuro is not liable for any losses that would have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.

6. Visa and Documentation

While we provide guidance and assistance with Schengen visa applications, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. ScenicEuro is not responsible for visa refusals or delays. Visa fees paid to embassies are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

7. Changes by the Client

• Any amendments to a confirmed booking (dates, services, travellers) must be requested in writing.
• Amendment fees of ₹2,500 per person per change may apply, in addition to any supplier-imposed charges.
• Name changes on confirmed transport bookings may not be possible and could incur full cancellation and rebooking charges.

8. Changes by ScenicEuro

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, hotels, or transport when circumstances beyond our control require it (e.g., natural disasters, transport disruptions, supplier insolvency). In such cases, we will offer a comparable alternative at no additional cost, or the option to cancel with a full refund of amounts paid to us (excluding non-recoverable third-party costs).

9. Liability

• ScenicEuro acts as an agent for hotels, ground operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or additional expenses caused by the actions or omissions of these third-party suppliers.
• Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
• We are not liable for losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

10. Health and Special Requirements

You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee that all requirements can be met by all suppliers.

11. Conduct

ScenicEuro reserves the right to terminate the tour participation of any client whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or dangerous to other travellers or tour staff. No refund will be issued in such cases.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on sceniceuro.com — including text, images, logos, itineraries, and design — is the intellectual property of ScenicEuro and may not be reproduced without written consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
